BHAG Internal incentive Scheme
The BHAG initiative served as an internal incentive programme designed to enhance targets through a rewards-based system.
Our objective was to ensure this project distinguished itself, and given its internal nature, we enjoyed greater flexibility in the design process. Consequently, we developed event standees, beverage menus, promotional t-shirts, screensavers, and office posters.

Free Standing Event Boards
These boards were established around four primary domains of the organisation: the Executive Team, Sponsorship, Products, and a generic board encompassing all departments.
With a focus on a comic theme, we endeavoured to introduce an element of enjoyment into the creative process, particularly highlighted by the caricatures of the Executive Team.
